$1050 per month, $1200 deposit (based on 4 people residing at the property)

HomeFinders will furnish the following:

  • Three bedrooms furnished

  • Living room furniture

  • Dining room furniture

  • Big screen television, Internet/cable TV, wireless router for computers

  • Lawn service

  • Stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer

Tenants will be responsible for:

  • All utilities (water, garbage, gas, electric)

  • Telephone services

  • Linens (such as bedding – sheets, comforters, etc) and towels

$1250 per month, $1400 deposit (based on 4 people residing at the property)

HomeFinders will furnish the following:

  • Three bedrooms furnished
