be kept on file for a maximum of 90 days. I

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

I understand that this deposit will hold the property for which I am
applying for up to 14 days upon acceptance, within which time I must take
possession of the property or forfeit the deposit. Applications will be approved or
non-approved within 3 working days.
Only if application is not approved by Homefinders Rental Properties will
deposit be refunded. Deposit is not
refundable if applicant refuses occupancy once application is signed. However if application is approved and
tenant takes possession of the property, the earnest money that has been
deposited will be retained half of which will be retained as a security deposit
and the other half will be held as a nonrefundable cleaning deposit.
