APPLICATION FEES
 
All individuals wishing to rent from this company must complete an application. This includes all individuals that will be living at the property who are over the age of 18.

Homefinders/M&M/3M Rental Properties charges an application fee of:

  • $10.00 per individual (unmarried applicants)
  • $15.00 per couple (married applicants)

This fee is non-refundable and will not be returned regardless of whether the application is approved or not approved.

Applications will be processed, provided:

  • Applications are complete.
  • Applications are signed by all parties.
  • Applications must be turned in for all individuals who plan to reside at the premises who are over the age of 18.
  • Application fee is paid in full.
  • Applications will be processed within 72 hours. Our office will contact you with a decision regarding your application once it has been processed.

Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Appointments to see rental properties, while not required, are preferred.
