I heard about HomeFinders from a fellow faculty member. I got a job at Bethel in June of 2007 and I had to find a place to live before August. That was not easy considering I was moving from Nashville, and there was not a lot of options for renting in McKenzie. I emailed and spoke with Dawn several times before coming to meet her and seeing a few apartments. I was pleasantly surprised at the fast, efficient and friendly service from everyone at HomeFinders. I was very satisfied with the apartment I rented and would recommend them to anyone. When my son decided to attend Bethel College it was a difficult transition for our family. He is my only child and even though he was a young adult, he was still "my child". He loved Bethel and the town of McKenzie is a great place. After a year in the dorms he stumbled across HomeFinders Rental Properties. It was important for us to find a place that he could live comfortably, that was close to campus, and mostly that was affordable. This was truly a blessing for us. I have had a great experience with HomeFinders Rental Properties. I came in, filled out an application and was able to move in the same day. The apartment was in good shape. A few small things have broken but it is just from normal wear. When an element in the water heater went out, it was fixed in a timely manner. They even found me a really good roommate. As long as a renter pays his or her rent on time or at least goes and talks to them, it is very easy to live in one of their properties.

HomeFinders were the best landlords I have ever had. I lived in one of the apartments for one year and I never had any problems with getting in contact with them or getting something fixed. They were always just a phone call away and responded very quickly. They make sure they have a one on one contact with their tenants to make sure the tenants are satisfied. Everyone with HomeFinders is so friendly and their personalities make you feel like you are really home away from home if you are not from the area.
